Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

AI Agent Builders is operated by TBJ AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our").

This policy explains what we collect through aiagentbuilders.co, including its subdomains and every page on it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site or submit your details.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you register for an event, request a resource, or sign up for our emails, we ask for your name, email address and mobile number, and for your agreement to receive updates. Some pages ask a few extra questions, which are labelled where they appear.

We never ask for payment card details, government identification, or sensitive personal information.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit, we and our providers collect standard technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser, the pages you view, and the link or advertisement that brought you here.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember which advertisement or link sent you to us, and to measure how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you registering for anything.

We also use advertising pixels, which are covered in section 4.

3. Why we use it

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for marketing, and on our legitimate interest in running and measuring our business for everything else.

4. Advertising

We advertise on Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram, and we may advertise on other platforms such as Google and YouTube.

We use the Meta Pixel on our pages. It records page views and registrations and reports them to Meta so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant audiences. You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block it with your browser or an ad blocker.

We also upload hashed email addresses to advertising platforms to build audiences. Hashing converts your address into an irreversible string before it leaves our systems, and the platform uses it only to look for a match against accounts it already has. We use those audiences to reach our own subscribers, and to find new people who resemble them.

Depending on where you live, this may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, even though no money changes hands and no readable address is transferred. If you would rather we did not include you, email us and we will remove you from our advertising audiences. You will stay registered for anything you signed up for.

5. Email and text messages

When you tick the consent box you agree to receive event updates from us by email and by SMS or WhatsApp.

You can opt out of one and keep the other. Messages about something you actively registered for may still reach you.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who help us operate, in these categories:

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

Our partners and sponsors do not receive your contact details unless we say so clearly on the page where you sign up, and you agree to it there.

7. Where it goes

We are based in the United States and our providers are mostly based there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred there, which may not offer the same protections as your home country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not a data broker. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not make your details available to anyone who wants to buy a list.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed or engaged with us, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes. If you ask us to delete it we will, keeping only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again by mistake.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access what we hold, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent for marketing, object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sharing" or "sale" of your information, and not be treated differently for exercising any of these.

Email us to exercise any of them. We will respond within the time your local law requires, and we may need to confirm who you are first. If you are in Canada you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you are in the EEA or UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

11. Children

The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If the change is significant we will flag it on the site or by email.
